The Child Proofer business began in the mid 1980's and is today a well-established industry educating parents, evaluating homes for potential hazards, and professionally installing safety products.
Unfortunately far from all countries have child proofers but at GACS we are working on that issue together with member Peter Kerin – one of the most experienced child proofers in the USA and a "Advanced Certified Professional Childproofer" member of the International Association for Child Safety.
